Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Store person role based at the MM Electrical Merchandising branch in Balcatta, WA. The Store person is responsible for receiving, checking, and storing incoming goods, as well as picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders accurately and on time. Day-to-day tasks include operating warehouse equipment safely, maintaining clean and organized storage areas, and assisting with stocktakes and inventory control. The role also involves liaising with internal teams and customers,



preparing paperwork and labels, and helping ensure that all orders and deliveries meet company quality and safety standards. The Store person contributes to a collaborative team environment and supports continuous improvement in store operations. Qualifications
• Experience in warehouse, stores, or inventory roles, with skills in stock handling, order picking, and dispatch.
• Capability to safely operate basic materials-handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts if licensed) and follow manual handling best practices.
• Attention to detail with strong accuracy in checking deliveries, labeling, and documentation.
• Basic computer literacy for using inventory systems, email, and standard office applications.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills, with a customer-focused and collaborative approach.
• Good level of physical fitness to manage regular lifting, moving, and standing throughout the day.
• Reliable, organized, and able to work to deadlines in a quick-paced environment.
• Previous experience in electrical or trade distribution, and a valid forklift licence, are beneficial but not essential.
