Your New Role We are looking for a dedicated, energetic and experienced Head of QHSE to join our team on a full time basis located in our Sydney office. Bring your flexible, Can-Do attitude to work every day and enjoy being part of an amazing team. As well as having experience in a similar role, some responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Lead QHSE activities across multiple offices and warehouse.
• Develop, implement and continuously improve QHSE systems, policies and procedures.
• Drive a positive safety culture across internal teams and contractor organisations.
• Conduct site audits, inspections and compliance reviews.
• Provide support and guidance to Managers and operations teams.
• Monitor activities from a safety, risk and quality perspective.
• Identify safety risks, quality concerns and compliance issues, ensuring corrective actions are completed.
• Review project documentation, incident investigations and risk assessments.




• Support teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, compliantly and to a high standard. Leadership and support is crucial in this role which means you will need to exercise a level of professionalism and understanding when it comes to staff and customer needs. What You Need We will help you be successful in this role. To start you will need:
• 5 Years Experience in similar role within the industry
• Robust understanding of HSE systems, policies and legislative requirements.
• Amazing communication skills, both written and verbal
• High attention to details Your professional presentation and communication skills, along with true passion for providing exceptional customer experiences will play a major role in achieving success, both professionally and personally.
