Job Responsibilities

Timely and accurate processing of invoices

Completing weekly and monthly payment runs

Bank reconciliations

Receipting and allocation of payments

Handle general account queries

Follow up overdue payments

Reconciliation duties

Assist with end of month reporting

Complete various reporting duties

Provide support to the finance team where required





The Ideal Candidate The successful applicant will have proven experience in a similar Accounts Officer position as well as the following attributes:

Previous experience in both Accounts Payable and Receivable

A passionate and positive ‘can do’ attitude

Ability to hit the ground running

Strong time management skills, with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines

Personable nature and ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
