We are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer/Operator with multi-axis machining centre experience to join our team. Experience with Mazak machines and Mazatrol programming is highly regarded. This is a hands-on role with transparent priorities: safety, quality, and customer service excellence. Key responsibilities

Programming, setting and operating CNC milling machines (3-axis and above) Work-holding, fixturing, tooling selection and first-off inspection Work autonomously and use initiative Work in a team and support others where possible Share skills with other employees About you





Trade-qualified CNC programmer/operator Extensive experience programming, setting and operating CNC milling machines (3-axis and above) Confident with work-holding, fixturing, tooling selection and first-off inspection Reliable, safety focused, able to work autonomously and use initiative Ability to work in a team and support others where possible Willingness to learn and develop, as well as share skills with other employees 4th/5th-axis or simultaneous multi-axis machining experience highly regarded Mazatrol and/or G-code programming highly regarded Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings, including GD&T; Excellent rates of pay for the right person Supportive culture Convenient south-eastern suburb location, with no long commute to the urban fringe About us
