This is an opportunity for an experienced café or hospitality professional who takes pride in delivering excellent coffee, maintaining high presentation standards and creating a welcoming atmosphere. Working independently, you'll take ownership of the daily café service and ensure every interaction reflects the quality of the setting.

Job Description
What You'll Be Doing
• Deliver friendly, personalised service and build positive customer relationships
• Prepare and serve quality barista coffee alongside a selection of food and beverages
• Independently manage daily café operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation and food safety
• Monitor stock and replenish café supplies to keep service running seamlessly
• Create a welcoming, professional atmosphere for students, staff and visitors Desired Skills And Experience What You'll Bring




• Experience in a quality café, premium catering or high-standard hospitality environment
• Strong barista skills and a passion for delivering consistently excellent coffee
• A customer-first mindset with polished communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence working independently and taking ownership of daily operations
• Excellent attention to detail, organisation and presentation
• Current Food Safety Supervisor certification and the ability to obtain the required Police Check and Working With Children Check Why Join Cater Care?
