We are seeking an experienced Digital Procurement Officer on a flexible ongoing contract basis. This position is tailored for a senior ICT procurement specialist who isn't seeking full-time hours, but wants a high-impact role managing discrete, high-value procurement initiatives. You will step in, hit the ground running with minimal direction and take ownership of complex technology sourcing activities across digital ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead complex sourcing activities, commercial negotiations and contract execution across software, cloud, professional & managed services, infrastructure, data, networks and hardware.
• Develop and implement pragmatic category strategies tailored to digital and technology priorities.
• Manage BAU tech renewals while driving strategic sourcing initiatives to maximize commercial value.
• Partner directly with senior Digital, Tech and business leadership to align procurement outcomes with commercial goals.




• Drive strategic supplier relationship management and performance reviews.
• Identify and execute opportunities for cost savings, risk mitigation and enhanced commercial terms. About You
• Proven track record in IT/Digital procurement within large, complex corporate or healthcare environments.
• Strong, hands-on experience across cloud, SaaS, hardware, networks, IT services and infrastructure.
• Highly self-directed and capable of picking up work immediately, delivering outcomes without needing hand-holding and navigating matrix stakeholders.
• Skilled negotiator capable of leading high-stakes commercial discussions and crafting solid contract outcomes.
• Comfortable working on an as-needed, ad-hoc or structured part time basis.
