Workday Integration Support Lead ?

Enterprise Workday Environment QIX Consulting Group is partnering with a leading organisation seeking an experienced Workday Integration Support Lead to oversee the stability, performance, governance and continuous improvement of business-critical Workday integrations. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong Workday professional who enjoys combining hands-on integration troubleshooting with L2/L3 production support leadership, stakeholder engagement and service improvement.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead L2/L3 production support across Workday integrations and enterprise interfaces.
• Act as the technical escalation point for complex incidents, integration failures and recurring defects.
• Troubleshoot and enhance integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, RaaS and Workday Web Services.
• Manage integration monitoring, alerting, scheduled interfaces and operational health checks.
• Lead root-cause analysis, incident management and preventative improvements.
• Coordinate Workday releases, regression testing, deployments and production validation.
• Work closely with functional teams, security, infrastructure, middleware vendors and business stakeholders.
• Support integration security, certificates, authentication, API connectivity and data protection.
• Maintain technical documentation, runbooks and integration support procedures. What We're Looking For ✅ 7+ years of Workday integration experience, ideally within production support or managed services. ✅ Strong hands-on expertise in Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors,



Cloud Connect, RaaS, custom reports and calculated fields. ✅ Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, XML, XSLT, JSON, SFTP, PGP encryption and web services. ✅ Proven ability to manage complex L2/L3 incidents, troubleshoot integration failures and deliver root-cause resolutions. ✅ Understanding of Workday integration security, including integration system users, security groups and domain permissions. ✅ Experience managing Workday releases, changes, testing and deployment activities. ✅ Strong stakeholder management, technical leadership and problem-solving capabilities. Highly Regarded
• Workday Integration Certification or Workday Pro accreditation.
• Middleware experience with MuleSoft, Boomi or Azure Integration Services.
• Integration experience across Workday Financials, Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Payroll and HCM.
• ITIL experience and exposure to ServiceNow, Jira or Azure DevOps.
