• 5+ years’ experience in a multi-site retail leadership role
• Proven success driving sales and improving store performance
• Strong coaching and team development capability
• Solid understanding of Retail Award, rostering and wage management
• Experience managing visual merchandising standards
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Adaptable, organised and comfortable in a fast-paced retail environment Due to the multi-site nature of this role, you will need a valid driver’s licence and access to your own vehicle.
