Requirements:

Experience:
1–2 years of experience as a Paralegal, Legal Assistant, or in a similar role, preferably within an immigration law firm.
• Immigration

Experience:
Experience with visa applications, tribunal matters, and immigration-related office operations.
• English: Fluent written and spoken English is required.
• Preferred but not required: Additional languages – Italian, Portuguese, or Mandarin.
• Case & Project Management: Experience using Monday.com and migration management systems.
• Reporting & Metrics: Ability to track key performance indicators and prepare clear,



timely reports.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
• Analytical

Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with sound judgment and attention to detail.
• Confidentiality: High level of discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information.
