• Administer and optimise Microsoft 365 Copilot across the organisation
• Support Copilot rollout, user onboarding, licensing, and adoption initiatives
• Configure tenant-wide Copilot settings, governance controls, and security policies
• Design, develop, and maintain Copilot Studio agents and AI-powered solutions
• Partner with business stakeholders to identify AI use cases and automation opportunities
• Monitor agent usage, adoption metrics, performance, and business outcomes
• Support the full AI solution lifecycle from design through deployment and continuous improvement
• Collaborate with security and compliance teams to ensure responsible AI practices

• Hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365 Copilot
• Experience building or supporting Copilot Studio agents, chatbots, or AI assistants
• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 administration
• Experience implementing Copilot security, governance, and compliance controls
• Knowledge of Entra ID, Purview, Conditional Access, and DLP
• Experience with Power Platform components, particularly Power Automate and integrations
• Ability to engage with business stakeholders and translate requirements into practical solutions
• Strong communication, training, and user adoption skills Desirable Certifications
• Microsoft 365 Administrator Expert (MS-102)
• Microsoft Security, Compliance and Identity Fundamentals (SC-900)
