Representing smart, a premium electric vehicle brand, you’ll help customers find their next vehicle while building lasting relationships and delivering an exceptional experience from first enquiry to handover. The opportunity
• Achieve sales and targets through a proactive, customer-focused approach.
• Guide customers through the sales process, including vehicle presentations, test drives and delivery.
• Develop strong product knowledge across the smart range.
• Build new customer relationships and strengthen existing connections.
• Follow up enquiries and identify opportunities to grow your sales pipeline.

• At least two years’ experience in automotive sales or a comparable customer-facing sales role.
• A proactive approach to generating opportunities and following up leads.
• Strong communication, relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• A willingness to learn and grow with the business.
• The ability to work collaboratively within a close-knit team.
