Synopsis: Turn strategy into action, build national industry partnerships and drive measurable outcomes across Land Services SA’s real estate portfolio.

About Us
Land Services SA operates South Australia’s land titling and property information services. Our real estate portfolio connects industry needs, customer experience and reliable services, translating insight into practical improvements that customers value. About The Chance Bring together strategic thinking, strong relationships and disciplined execution. Reporting to the Executive General Manager, Real Estate, you will help translate portfolio priorities into a realistic, sequenced roadmap, ensuring initiatives deliver customer value and measurable commercial outcomes. This is a senior individual contributor role with no direct reports. You will lead through influence, working alongside product managers, the Customer Success Manager and technology, data and delivery teams. Product ownership remains with product managers, while this role connects industry insight, portfolio planning, program delivery and benefits realisation. What You’ll Do
• Translate agreed strategic priorities into a coordinated roadmap with clear owners, dependencies, delivery constraints and measures of success.
• Use market, customer and service performance insights to identify opportunities for improved experiences, new services and commercial growth.
• Develop evidence-based investment cases, assessing benefits, costs, risks and delivery feasibility.
• Build senior relationships with industry bodies, Real Estate Institutes, customers, government stakeholders and commercial partners.
• Lead structured industry engagement and turn feedback into actionable portfolio insights.
• Coordinate concurrent initiatives across teams, maintaining governance, managing dependencies and escalating risks early.
• Track commercial performance and benefits realisation, providing clear reporting to executive and, where required, Board audiences.
• Embed data custodianship, privacy, information security and risk requirements in planning and delivery. What You’ll Bring You combine commercial judgement with the ability to turn complex priorities into practical action.

You build credibility with senior stakeholders and bring people together to deliver outcomes without relying on direct authority.
• A track record of senior industry or customer relationships that deliver measurable strategic or commercial outcomes.
• Experience developing evidence-based strategies, endorsed plans and funded business cases.
• Program or portfolio management experience across concurrent initiatives delivered by teams outside your direct control, using agile and traditional methods.
• Strong commercial capability across financial modelling, pricing, benefits definition and portfolio performance reporting.
• Excellent communication skills, including presenting and supporting recommendations to executive or Board audiences.
• Sound judgement in regulated or public interest environments, with an understanding of privacy, data custodianship and reputational risk.
• The ability to work independently, prioritise effectively and represent the organisation with credibility. Experience in property, real estate, conveyancing, land registry, financial services or another regulated information industry will be highly regarded. Experience with data products, platform or API-based models, AI-enabled services, national industry bodies or policy and standards processes is also desirable, as is a relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent professional experience.
