Our marketing team generates the leads, so you spend your day on the phone with business owners who have already asked for funding. You take each one from first conversation through to settlement. You don’t need a lending background, but you do need a sales track record. If you have hit targets in a phone-based sales role and want to move into business lending, we provide full training from day one. The role
• Speak with small business owners who have enquired about funding, mostly by phone
• Understand each client’s business and what they need the money for
• Review financial information and prepare loan applications, with full training provided
• Match each client to the right lender and product from our lender panel
• Work with lenders to progress and negotiate applications through to funding
• Manage your own pipeline and follow up every opportunity
• Hit monthly sales targets

What we offer
• $70k base + super + $30k+ commission at minimum KPIs. Uncapped above that.
• 20+ qualified inbound leads a day, no cold calling




• Full training in business lending provided

• At least 1 year in a target-driven sales role, with results you can point to (phone-based preferred)
• Transparent, confident and professional on the phone with business owners
• Comfortable reading basic financial information and working with numbers
• Organised and self-driven, with a strong follow-up habit
• Available full time, Monday to Friday, in our Collingwood office Nice to have
• Experience in business lending, commercial finance, banking or broking
• Experience with Australian small businesses
• CRM experience
