Conduct market research and identify customer needs, industry trends, and new product opportunities in the Australian solar and energy storage market. 2. Monitor local regulations and market developments to support product compliance and localisation. 3. Analyse competitor products and solutions to identify market opportunities and improve product competitiveness. 4. Gather customer feedback and translate market insights into product requirements, working closely with global R&D; teams to support product development. 5. Collaborate with sales, technical service, and other internal teams to support product launches, customer engagement, and business growth.

Your profile
includes: 1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Energy, or a related field. 2. At least 3 years of product management experience in the solar, energy storage, or related energy industry. 3. Familiarity with the Australian solar and energy storage market. Experience with ESS or EMS solutions is a plus. 4. Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills. 5. Fluent English communication skills. Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
