Job Description
Available Rosters Permanent Part-time Opportunities Are Available Across The Following Shifts
• Weekday mornings: Monday-Friday, 6:30 am-2:30 pm – 38 hours per week, during college term time (38 weeks per year).
• Weekday evenings: Monday-Friday, 3:30 pm-8:30 pm – 25 hours per week.
• Weekend mornings: Saturday-Sunday, 6:30 am-2:30 pm – 15 hours per week.
• Weekend evenings: Saturday-Sunday, 3:30 pm-8:30 pm – 8 hours per week. What You'll Be Doing
• Lead daily front-of-house service, setting high standards for presentation and customer experience
• Supervise, support and motivate the team to deliver polished, attentive hospitality
• Create a welcoming dining environment through proactive, professional customer service
• Maintain service presentation,



cleanliness and operational standards
• Respond to customer needs and resolve service issues with confidence and care
• Work closely with the wider catering team to ensure smooth, seamless service Desired Skills And Experience What You'll Bring
• Experience in premium hospitality, including hotels, fine dining, catering or events
• Strong customer service skills and a genuine passion for hospitality
• Experience supervising or leading a team in a fast-paced environment
• Professional presentation, excellent communication and attention to detail
• A proactive, hands-on approach with flexibility to meet operational roster requirements
