About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Java Engineer to design, develop, and support mission-critical trading platform applications within a fast-paced financial services environment. The ideal candidate will have strong backend engineering expertise, experience working on complex trading or capital markets systems, and the ability to troubleshoot and optimize high-performance applications.

Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java-based backend services and microservices.
• Build and enhance applications supporting trading, market data, order management, and related business workflows.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, and engineers to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Perform application troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and performance tuning across production and non-production environments.
• Develop automated testing solutions and ensure code quality through unit and integration testing.
• Create and maintain CI/CD deployment pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Monitor application health, system performance, and operational metrics.
• Contribute to cloud-native and containerized application deployments.




• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to engineering best practices. Required Skills & Experience
