Integration Test Lead – Enterprise Integration Programs

About the Role
CloudMarc is looking for an experienced Integration Test Lead to join a large-scale enterprise integration program in Melbourne. We are seeking a strong, hands-on Test Lead with demonstrated experience delivering integration testing across complex, multi-vendor corporate environments. This role requires someone who can lead integration testing activities, manage multiple stakeholders and vendors, and remain technically hands-on when required. This is not a purely coordination-focused Test Lead role. The successful candidate must be comfortable getting involved in test scripting, execution and defect investigation.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead integration testing activities across large-scale enterprise programs.
• Develop and execute integration test strategies, plans, scenarios and test cases.
• Coordinate testing across multiple vendors, systems and delivery teams.
• Manage end-to-end integration testing, including SIT and cross-system validation.
• Identify and manage integration dependencies, risks, defects and testing priorities.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, architects and external vendors.
• Provide transparent reporting on test progress, quality risks and release readiness.
• Remain hands-on with test scripting, execution and defect investigation when required.
• Drive testing outcomes and ensure integration activities meet program delivery timelines. Key Requirements
• Proven experience as an Integration Test Lead on large enterprise integration programs.
• Demonstrable hands-on integration testing experience is essential.
• Strong experience working across multi-vendor,



complex corporate environments.
• Solid understanding of system integration testing, end-to-end testing and cross-system dependencies.
• Experience testing APIs, interfaces, data flows and enterprise integrations.
• Ability to develop and execute test scripts independently.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience coordinating technical teams, external vendors and business stakeholders.
• Strong defect management, test planning and reporting capabilities.
• Ability to balance test leadership responsibilities with hands-on testing activities.
• Must be Melbourne-based and available to work 3 days onsite per week.
• Immediate availability is essential. Highly Regarded
• Experience with enterprise transformation or large integration programs.
• Exposure to API testing tools such as Postman or similar.
• Experience with middleware, ERP or complex enterprise platforms.
• Experience working in Agile and hybrid delivery environments.
• Familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps or similar test management tools.
