Range Ford is seeking a motivated Fleet Development Manager / Sales Consultant to grow our fleet business, build lasting customer relationships and drive vehicle sales.

This role combines proactive business development with hands-on sales. You’ll identify recent opportunities, look after existing customers and manage the sales process from first enquiry through to delivery.

About the Role

Your responsibilities will include:

- Developing new fleet business through prospecting, networking, referrals and lead follow-up.

- Building strong relationships with business customers to encourage repeat sales.

- Understanding customers’ vehicle needs, budgets and purchasing requirements.

- Presenting and demonstrating vehicles, explaining their features and suitability.

- Preparing quotes, negotiating sales and achieving agreed sales and delivery targets.

- Maintaining accurate customer records, sales documentation and consistent follow-up.

- Coordinating with the pre-delivery team to ensure vehicles and agreed accessories are ready for handover.

About You

motivated to win new business and committed to delivering a great customer experience.

We’re looking for:

- At least two years’ sales experience with a proven record of results, preferably in the automotive industry.

- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

- A proactive approach to finding opportunities and growing a customer portfolio.

- Good organization and attention to detail.

- A current driver’s license and the ability to drive manual vehicles.

Previous fleet sales or automotive business development experience will be highly regarded.
