We’re on the hunt for skilled Final Trim Loader Operators to join our civil construction team in Perth. If you take pride in precision trim work and want long-term, stable work with a solid crew, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities: Operate loaders in a safe, efficient and accurate manner

- Load dump trucks, prepare road bases and trim house pads to spec
- Work closely alongside graders to achieve final trim using GPS
- Conduct pre-start checks on all equipment and report any faults or issues
- Complete assigned tasks within set timeframes and to the required standards
- Adhere to all safety procedures and protocols on site, including when working around services

About You

- At least 3 years of experience in civil construction, operating loaders alongside graders
- Proven experience with GPS machine control on final trim work




- Relevant machinery tickets and licences
- A reliable team player with excellent communication skills
- A strong safety mindset and attention to detail
