We’re looking for a dynamic, client-focused Speech Pathologist Clinical Leader with strong experience to guide and grow our national team of Speech Pathologists. This is your chance to lead with impact, shape clinical excellence, and support the next generation of Speech Pathologists
You’ll:
- Lead and mentor Speech Pathologists across SA and practice areas
- Champion client-centric, evidence-based care
- Build and enhance internal training resources
- Drive professional development and career mapping initiatives
- Contribute to business processes that support future growth
- Work across both paediatric and adult caseloads (tailored to your strengths)
✅ What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor or Masters of Speech Pathology
- AHPRA Registration
- NDIS experience and understanding (essential)
- Strong clinical background
- Passion for leadership, mentoring, and team development
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Supervision & support from leaders with 20+ years of clinical, research, and teaching experience
