Colourful Communicators is growing, and we are looking for a passionate Speech Pathologist to join our small, supportive practice. This role is perfect for someone who values autonomy, creativity, and meaningful relationships with families — without the pressure of high billable targets.

Whether you’re an experienced clinician or a new grad looking to learn in a nurturing environment, we’d love to meet you.

✨ The Role

- Combination of clinic-based and mobile speech pathology, with opportunities to work across home, school, preschool and community settings

- Caseload tailored to your interests (speech, language, early intervention, social groups, literacy and neurodiversity-affirming practice)

- Opportunity to help develop and facilitate group programs such as We Thinkers and School Readiness

- Flexible days and hours, with the opportunity to gradually build your caseload to full-time

- Admin support and established systems in place

- Low KPIs focused on quality, not quantity

✨ You Will Bring

- A recognised degree in Speech Pathology

- SPA membership (or eligibility for new grads)

- Excellent communication and a warm, child-centred approach

- Ability to work independently but enjoy being part of a team

- Willingness to collaborate with families, teachers, OTs, and other professionals

- A commitment to reflective,
