The Role

As a Retail Banking Customer Service Representative, you will be the friendly face of the branch, assisting customers with their everyday banking needs and ensuring they receive a positive and professional experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing friendly, efficient and professional face-to-face customer service.
- Assisting customers with everyday banking transactions, including deposits, withdrawals and payments.
- Handling cash and processing transactions accurately.
- Responding to customer enquiries and assisting with general account information.
- Helping customers navigate online banking, mobile banking and self-service options.




- Identifying customer needs and referring enquiries to relevant banking specialists.
- Maintaining accurate records and following banking procedures and security requirements.
- Supporting the wider branch team with daily operational activities.

About You

We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable and personable individuals who genuinely enjoy helping people.

To be successful, you will have:

- Previous customer service experience within retail, hospitality, banking, sales or a similar customer-facing environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
- A friendly, professional and approachable personality.
- Strong attention to detail and confidence handling transactions.
- A willingness to learn new systems, processes and banking procedures.
- A reliable, positive attitude and strong team ethic.
- Availability to work full-time casual hours.
- The ability to commute reliably to Hurstville, NSW.

No previous banking experience? No problem!
