Key responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems, ensuring peak performance and efficiency
- Perform routine maintenance and servicing on HVAC equipment
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with air conditioning systems, bringing your problem-solving skills to the forefront
- Replace or repair parts as needed, ensuring all systems run smoothly
- Adhere to safety standards and regulations to keep clients and team members protected
- Communicate with clients on work completed and any additional recommendations
- Keep detailed records of your work, including service reports and job sheets
- Stay up-to-date with the latest in HVAC technology and standards
About you
- Proven experience as an Air Conditioning Service / Installation Technician or similar role
- Certificate III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration or equivalent
- ARCtick Refrigerant Handling Licence
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, with excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Ability to interpret technical diagrams and manuals with ease
- A positive communicator who enjoys working both independently and with a team
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Commitment to safety and adherence to OHS standards
