Respect is a proud not-for-profit aged care provider dedicated to providing high-quality care and support to older Australians. We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Hudson House in Cooma, NSW, on a full-time basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for an RN looking to build their career in regional aged care, with visa sponsorship opportunities available for eligible candidates.
About the Role:
As a Registered Nurse, you will play an important role in delivering person-centred care to our residents, supporting their health, wellbeing and quality of life.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering high-quality clinical care in accordance with individual care plans.
- Monitoring residents’ health and responding to changes in clinical condition.
- Administering medications and maintaining accurate clinical documentation.
- Supporting and guiding care staff to maintain high standards of care.
- Communicating effectively with residents, families and the wider healthcare team.
About You:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Experience in aged care is highly regarded.
- Robust clinical assessment, communication and documentation skills.
- A compassionate, resident-focused approach to care.
- A commitment to Respect’s values and quality care standards.
