We’re seeking an experienced General Manager to lead an eco-friendly, luxury camping resort in regional Western Australia. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on hospitality leader who can create memorable guest experiences while supporting sustainable operations in a distinctive regional setting.
You’ll oversee the resort’s people, accommodation and food and beverage facilities, ensuring every part of the operation runs smoothly and delivers a welcoming, high-quality experience for guests.
The role
Lead, support and develop the resort team, building a positive and accountable workplace culture.
Manage accommodation operations and maintain high standards of presentation, service and guest satisfaction.
Oversee food and beverage facilities, including service delivery, operational standards and financial performance.
Coordinate day-to-day resort operations and respond effectively to guest and operational needs.
Help uphold the resort’s eco-friendly values and deliver a memorable glamorous camping experience.
Work closely with ownership and key stakeholders to support the resort’s ongoing success.
About you
Proven experience managing a resort, lodge, campground or similar regional accommodation operation.
Experience with glamorous camping, eco-tourism or comparable regional sites is highly regarded.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage diverse teams and operational priorities.
Sound understanding of accommodation and food and beverage operations.
A practical, guest-focused approach and confidence working in a regional environment.
