Senior Associate | Insolvency & Commercial Litigation | Sydney I'm recruiting for a Senior Associate to join one of Australia's leading disputes practices, with a particular focus on insolvency and complex commercial litigation. The team acts for major banks, insolvency practitioners, corporates and other institutional clients on significant disputes, including matters involving distressed businesses, asset recovery and enforcement. There's plenty here to interest an experienced insolvency litigator. You'll have the opportunity to work on substantial matters involving:
• Insolvency-related litigation and recovery proceedings
• Complex commercial disputes involving creditors, directors and distressed companies
• Investigations, enforcement proceedings and asset recovery
• Litigation strategy, evidence and interlocutory applications




• Matters involving multiple stakeholders and significant commercial interests The practice has solid connections with the firm's restructuring, banking, corporate and tax teams, which adds another dimension to the work. For someone already operating at Senior Associate level, the appeal is the opportunity to take a meaningful role in major disputes, work closely with experienced practitioners and continue developing relationships with sophisticated clients.
