• Producing variations for different audiences, formats and locations,
applying templates carefully and keeping large batches of work consistent
• Refining typography, spacing, image quality, layouts and alignment
• Preparing print-ready artwork and digital exports to the required specifications, checking sizes, resolution, colour settings, bleed and other production requirements
• Comparing designs against approved copy and data, checking tables and cross-references, and managing revisions carefully
• Flagging missing or inconsistent information for the relevant content owner to resolve before final delivery
• Building and maintaining document styles, reusable layouts and production templates with the senior design team
• Working with the Studio Manager on priorities, deadlines and review stages, applying feedback accurately and supplying the right files to internal teams, printers and other production partners About you You enjoy structure, precision and seeing a large body of work through to completion. You'll bring:
• Robust editorial layout, typography and finished-art skills
• Experience with long documents, technical content, infographics or detailed collateral suites
• Confidence preparing files for both print and digital delivery
• Enjoyment of structured rollout work, careful checking and getting the details right
• A methodical approach to revisions, version control and deadlines Why join? You'll be part of a collaborative in-house studio working for a fast-growing Australian green AI company, with a front-row seat to a fast-moving industry.
