About The Opportunity You'll be supporting customers across phone, email, live chat and social media. You'll join a friendly and supportive team based in our Chadstone Support Office, helping deliver exceptional service when our customers need us most. How You’ll Spend Your Day:
• Assisting customers with enquiries on orders, products, deliveries, and returns
• Coordinating with delivery partners to resolve issues quickly and effectively
• Providing support to our stores and internal teams
