Contracted Advanced Care Paramedic / Nurse – Film, TV & DocumentaryWe are seeking a proactive, experienced clinician to join our Queensland production team, providing qualified medical support across film, television and documentary productions. The successful candidate will be responsible for anticipating the medical needs of production crews, identifying potential health and safety risks, and delivering prompt, effective clinical care when required. Productions may take place in challenging, remote or unpredictable environments across Queensland. Working within small, close-knit production teams, you will need to be adaptable, professional and confident in making sound clinical decisions, often with limited resources and time-sensitive demands.

Key responsibilities
include:
• Providing on-location medical support for cast, crew and production personnel.
• Assessing medical risks and anticipating the healthcare needs of each production.
• Delivering appropriate clinical assessment, first aid and emergency medical intervention within your scope of practice.
• Working collaboratively with production managers and crew to support a safe working environment.




• Maintaining medical equipment, supplies and accurate clinical documentation.
• Responding effectively to medical incidents in remote, austere or challenging locations.
• Maintaining strict confidentiality and discretion regarding cast, crew, production details and filming locations. The ideal candidate will:
• Be a registered nurse, qualified paramedic or appropriately credentialled clinician with emergency experience.
• Have strong clinical assessment, emergency response and decision-making skills.
• Be proactive, resourceful and comfortable working independently.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Understand the importance of confidentiality, professionalism and discretion in production environments.
• Be flexible and willing to travel throughout Queensland as production requirements dictate. This is an opportunity to work across a diverse range of film, television and documentary projects, supporting production teams with reliable, professional medical care wherever filming takes place.
