Quattro Project Engineering has over 10 years of experience delivering engineering and construction solutions to the resources and civil sectors. Quattro manages projects from feasibility to commissioning, ensuring reliable outcomes through disciplined engineering. Working closely with the Executive Leadership Team, you will play a key role in shaping our HSEQT strategy, strengthening our integrated management systems and driving a proactive culture of risk management, continuous improvement and operational excellence across the business. This is an opportunity for an experienced H&S; (or HSEQT) leader to make a meaningful impact across our projects and business operations. You will lead a multidisciplinary team and work closely with operational leaders, clients and key stakeholders to ensure our systems are effective, compliant and embedded in the way we work. You will be responsible for translating strategic priorities into practical initiatives that improve performance, strengthen leadership capability and support consistent project delivery. You will:
• Develop and deliver Quattro's HSEQT Strategic Plan.
• Lead the ongoing improvement of health, safety and environmental management systems, including risk management, critical risk controls and incident investigations.
• Oversee the Integrated Management System (IMS), audits, corrective actions and quality performance.
• Lead workforce training and competency management.




• Monitor HSEQT performance indicators, identify improvement opportunities and provide strategic advice to senior leadership.
• Maintain management system certification, governance frameworks and compliance with legislative, client and Byrnecut Group requirements. You are a confident and cooperative leader who can balance strategic thinking with practical operational delivery. You have the ability to influence at an executive level, build strong relationships across project teams and translate HSEQT requirements into effective, sustainable outcomes. You will have:
• Significant experience in a H&S; and/or HSEQT leadership role in the mining and/or construction industry.
• Experience driving strategic planning, management systems and continuous improvement.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• ICAM or equivalent incident investigation qualification (preferred).
