We're looking for a motivated and curious Graduate Design Engineer to join our Engineering Team in Ararat. What You'll Be Doing You'll work closely with experienced engineers, customers, and suppliers to help deliver practical, high-quality engineering solutions. Your responsibilities will include:
• Assisting with the design and development of electrical and wiring harness systems.
• Creating drawings, diagrams, and engineering documentation.
• Participating in troubleshooting and product improvements.
• Working with customers to understand requirements and develop effective solutions.
• Supporting project planning, cost estimates, and timelines.
• Researching and evaluating new components and technologies.
• Contributing to continuous improvement and innovation projects.
• Building your technical knowledge in wiring harnesses and Industry 4 & 5. What We're Looking For You don't need years of experience. What matters most is your enthusiasm to learn, solve problems,



and contribute to a growing engineering team. Essential Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Automotive, Mechatronics or Industrial Engineering.
• Knowledge of electrical theory and mechanical applications.
• Experience using E-CAD and/or 2D and/or 3D M-CAD software.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Current Driver's Licence. You'll Stand Out If You Have
• An interest in electrical systems, controls, or wiring harness design.
• Experience with Autodesk software.
• An understanding of manufacturing processes or FMEA principles.
