Senior Project Manager

About the Opportunity
• As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating end-to-end project delivery, ensuring clear scope definition, robust planning, effective governance, and robust stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
• You will work closely with business and technology teams to establish alignment, manage competing priorities, proactively address risks and dependencies, and provide transparent reporting to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex projects and initiatives.
• Establish clear project scope, objectives, milestones and delivery plans.
• Develop and maintain governance frameworks, reporting structures and accountability models.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement and alignment across multiple business areas.
• Manage project risks, issues, dependencies and change activities.
• Provide clear, fact-based reporting to project sponsors and governance forums.




• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful achievement of project outcomes.
• Drive delivery predictability through structured planning and execution.
• Promote continuous improvement across project practices, processes and outcomes. You will bring:
• Proven experience delivering large-scale enterprise projects as a Senior Project Manager.
• Strong project governance and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex delivery environments with multiple workstreams.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and relationship-building skills.
• Strong risk, dependency and issue management experience.
• Ability to influence and build consensus across business and technology stakeholders.
• Experience preparing executive-level reporting and steering committee materials.
• A structured, analytical and outcome-focused approach to delivery.
• A track record of driving continuous improvement and delivery excellence.

• Experience working within complex corporate or enterprise environments.
• Exposure to transformation, technology, operational improvement or business change programs.
