- 3.30pm We're looking for a friendly, skilled and highly organised Reception & Property Coordinator to join our LIV team. This isn't a traditional reception role. You'll be at the centre of the day-to-day operation of the property, building genuine relationships with residents, coordinating enquiries and maintenance requests, and helping the on-site team keep everything running smoothly. For someone looking to build a career in property, real estate or Build to Rent, this is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience, learn the operation of a large residential property and grow your career within Mirvac. Your responsibilities will include
• Creating a warm, professional and welcoming experience for residents, visitors and guests
• Building genuine relationships with residents and getting to know our community
• Managing and triaging enquiries across reception, phone, email and digital channels, ensuring they are prioritised, allocated and followed through
• Liaising with residents to arrange maintenance access, provide updates and ensure requests are followed through to completion
• Preparing clear and professional resident correspondence, building communications and notices
• Supporting move-ins and move-outs, including welcome packs,



key coding and system updates
• Supporting resident events, community initiatives
• Maintaining accurate records and assisting with property administration, including raising purchase orders About you You're naturally friendly, approachable and professional, with a genuine interest in people and delivering great customer service. You're highly organised, a strong communicator and comfortable managing multiple priorities. You take ownership, follow things through and can build rapport with a wide range of people. Experience in customer service, hospitality, hotels, real estate or another people-focused environment could all translate well.
