About The Role
Jallarah offers 29 private rooms with ensuites, daily meals and 24-hour personal care support. Residents can personalise their rooms to feel like home, with electric beds provided for comfort. The home features welcoming communal spaces, private family gathering areas and a wide-ranging lifestyle and activities program. This is a casual position requiring flexibility to work AM, PM, Nights and weekend shifts. No two days are the same As Personal Care Assistant you will:
• Deliver high-quality personal care, supporting residents with daily activities while promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing.
• Assist with meals, feeding, grooming, hygiene, mobility, and light housekeeping tasks.




• Provide companionship and encourage social and emotional engagement.
• Monitor residents’ health and wellbeing, reporting any changes promptly, and help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment.
• Work collaboratively with the team, communicating effectively and maintaining accurate, confidential care records. About You You’ll thrive with us if you have:
• Hold a Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent qualification).
• Current National Police Certificate and NDIS Workers Screening Clearance (or ability to obtain).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Reliable and committed, with a genuine passion for providing high-quality, person-centred care.
• Experience in residential aged care is highly desirable.
