Dilap Group is an independent engineering firm. Dilapidation reports are all we do, for builders and developers across Sydney. We're adding a Business Development Manager to build on our relationships with Sydney's major builders. The role
- Develop relationships with project teams at Tier 1 and Tier 2 builders
- Bring new projects to our team.
- Flexible: it can sit alongside your current role About you
- A track record in sales or business development in Sydney construction
- Established contacts across NSW & Sydney's Consrruction industry.
- Your own ABN Commission-based. Qualifications
• Demonstrated experience in business development, sales, or account management, within engineering, construction, property, or related professional services.
• Solid skills in lead generation, pipeline management, and client relationship building, with the ability to convert opportunities into sustainable engagements.
• Knowledge of the Greater Sydney property and infrastructure market and a valid right to work in Australia; driver’s license and willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
