FRM continues to grow as a dynamic force in the fashion and modelling industry. Role Description The Talent Booker & Marketing Coordinator is a part-time, on-site role based in Melbourne, VIC. This position is responsible for booking models and talent for campaigns, shows, and events, while maintaining strong relationships with clients, agencies, and talent. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating casting calls and schedules, managing event logistics, and ensuring timely communication between all stakeholders. The role also involves supporting marketing initiatives, creating and updating promotional materials, contributing to social media and digital content,



and assisting with sales outreach to potential and existing clients. The successful candidate will work closely with agency leadership to uphold FRM’s standards of service and help grow the agency’s presence in the local and international markets. Qualifications
• Strong Communication and Writing skills to interact with clients, talent, and partners clearly and professionally.
• Proficiency in Sales and client relationship management to support bookings, negotiate rates, and contribute to business development.
• Experience in Event Planning and Project Management to coordinate fashion events, castings, and campaigns efficiently.
• Knowledge of marketing practices, including social media coordination and content creation, is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Melbourne, VIC, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Prior experience in modelling, fashion, entertainment, or agency environments is an advantage.
• Comfort using basic office software and digital tools for scheduling, communication, and marketing activities.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced setting and manage multiple priorities.
