The role is to provide for the bank to properly investigate and establish checks, procedures and implement risk controls in response to what has happened. It also involves a variety of roles in measuring risk controls, preventive, protect bank against the non-compliance issue, boosting the overall well-being of the employee. Main Duties
• Incident Reporting Management:
• Create a database or spreadsheet to record incident reports;
• Establish a process for collecting incident reports for clear process for how to document and report incidents;
• Monitor and analyze incident report with regularly review incident reports and look for root cause that could indicate underlying issues or potential risks;
• Take an action to address any issues by using the data to inform decisions and take appropriate action to address any identified issues;
• Incidents are prioritized and dealt with according to business processes.
• Reporting:
• Prepare various reports of incident including risk dashboards and ensuring timely reporting to line manager;
• Training and Development:
• Develop training materials and offering regularly trainings on incident reporting procedures;
• Team Capacity Building:
• Develop team capacity through coaching and designing relevant topics to match training needs, including internal and external training assignment and programs;
• Core Values:
• Oversee team highest compliance of the Bank core values and professionalism;
• Team Work Plan:




• Lead team to meet with the team annual work plan;
• Other Tasks:
• Set the key performance indicators (KPIs) for subordinates and monitor on their performance to achieve the target. Leading team to meet with the team annual work plan. perform other tasks as assigned by line manager. Skill/Requirement
• 5 years of qualified experiences in a banking sector.
• (Minimum 4 years in operation-related fields).
• (Minimum 1 years in management roles).
• General knowledge of related to the bank operation.
• Operational Risk Management Skill.
