Role Description We are seeking Geotechnical and Geological Engineers with experience in either civil infrastructure, exploration or mining for on-site position based in or FIFO from all major Australian hubs. Roles will involve management and execution of site investigations, rig supervision, sampling, in-situ testing, and coordination with drilling contractors. Daily responsibilities can include analyzing soil and rock data, preparing geotechnical models, and contributing to foundation design, excavation support, and ground improvement solutions. The role involves preparing technical reports, design documents, and calculations, as well as collaborating with civil engineers, engineering geologists, and project managers to support infrastructure, mining, and exploration projects. The Engineer will also participate in client meetings,



ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations, and support project delivery from concept through construction. Qualifications
• Solid technical geotechnical and/or geological engineering skills
• Experience with site-based work, including Site Investigation and assessment of Soil and rock conditions.
• Background in Engineering Geology or civil with the ability to interpret geological models and ground behavior.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, Geological Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Proficiency with geotechnical analysis and design software (e.g., PLAXIS, SLIDE, GeoStudio, or similar) and standard office tools.
• Strong technical writing skills for preparation of reports, specifications, and documentation.
• Ability to work safely on construction and exploration sites and adhere to HSE procedures.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary project teams.
• Prior experience in infrastructure, mining, or exploration projects in Australia or similar environments is an advantage.
• Professional registration or progress toward chartered/registered engineer status is desirable.
