We're seeking two Non-Executive Directors to join the Kamaruka Board. Kamaruka is a registered Australian charity providing specialist education for boys in Years 2–10 who benefit from an individualised learning environment. Based in South Yarra, Melbourne, Kamaruka supports neurodivergent students through an inclusive, relational, and personalised approach to education. As we implement our Strategic Plan 2026–2030, we're looking for two experienced, values-driven leaders to help shape our next chapter. The prospect Working alongside the Principal and leadership team, our Board provides strategic direction, governance, and oversight, focusing on educational excellence, sustainable growth, and positive outcomes for students and their families. We're seeking two complementary appointments and welcome experience in:
• Education, psychology or allied health




• Business leadership, governance or strategy
• Finance, risk or legal
• Marketing, fundraising or stakeholder engagement Previous Board experience is welcomed but not essential. These are voluntary appointments, involving four Board meetings annually and occasional strategic project work.
