Due to continued growth, we're looking for multiple Business Advisory Managers or Senior Managers to join our team and play a key role in delivering exceptional outcomes for our clients while developing our next generation of accounting professionals. As a Manager you will be responsible for managing a diverse client portfolio while providing technical leadership and mentoring support to junior team members. You'll review compliance work, provide high-quality advisory services, support workflow management and foster strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
• Review financial statements and management reports.
• Review income tax returns for companies, trusts and partnerships.
• Work closely with Directors and Partners to manage workflow, client deadlines and deliverables.
• Provide coaching, guidance and technical support to junior team members.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted point of contact.
• Respond to client queries in a professional and timely manner.
• Assist with business advisory engagements and strategic client projects.
• Conduct financial analysis and prepare recommendations to support client decision-making.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the team. About you




• CA or CPA qualified.
• Approximately 7+ years' experience within public practice tax and business advisory.
• Previous leadership experience.
• Solid technical expertise across: Division 7A, Capital Gains Tax (CGT), Small Business Tax Concessions, Fringe Benefits Tax (FBT), Indirect Taxes, Year-end tax planning and structuring
• Experience using Xero, MYOB and Microsoft Office.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously, manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
• Enjoys building relationships and solving problems
