Job description
You find Australian businesses with a real problem and get the owner on a call with a founder.
• Build target lists and run outbound by email, phone and LinkedIn
• Qualify hard, so we only take calls worth taking
• Book discovery calls for Liam and Charlie
• Sit in on those calls and learn how a deal closes Most SDR roles pay you on dials. We pay you on opportunities a founder accepts. You are selling an outcome, not a seat licence. A bit about you

• Based in Melbourne, in our Hawthorn office most of the week No sales experience needed. We will teach you the rest. Pay: $66,500 base plus super. $100,000 on target. Uncapped. Commission is paid monthly on accepted opportunities, with a higher rate above target and a cut of every contract you sourced that closes. Most of your variable is guaranteed for the first three months while you ramp. Hit target and you earn $100,000. Beat it and there is no ceiling. The first closing seat as we grow is yours to earn.
