Based in Dandenong South, our team is focused on delivering high-quality, polyester-based solutions that support better outcomes across workplaces, schools, healthcare and community spaces. More About Your New Role We are looking for a motivated Production Operator to join our Sonata manufacturing team in Dandenong South. You will work across a variety of production equipment and processes, helping us manufacture quality acoustic products safely, accurately and on time. You will complete machine start-ups and shutdowns, monitor product quality, make production adjustments and help identify and resolve equipment issues. This is a great prospect for someone who enjoys being hands-on and wants to keep learning and growing. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, curiosity and the potential to take on greater responsibility over time, with the opportunity to build towards future Production Supervisor or Shift Lead opportunities. • Previous experience in a production, manufacturing or similar hands-on environment.




• A practical mindset with some mechanical know-how and an interest in learning how equipment works.
• Good attention to detail along with basic computer skills.
• Comfortable working independently while also being a supportive team member.
• A forklift licence, or willingness to obtain one.
• Maintain a safe, clean and organised work area in line with safety and 5S requirements.
