This role coordinates sales and property management workflows, supports residential and commercial listing processes, and ensures that auctions, inspections, and leasing activities run smoothly. The Operations Manager supervises administrative procedures, manages office systems, and maintains accurate documentation and compliance with relevant real estate regulations. The role includes collaborating with sales and property management teams, optimizing productivity, monitoring performance metrics, and driving continuous improvement in client service standards.
