Key Responsibilities
• Drive new business growth through proactive prospecting and lead generation
• Manage end-to-end property sales campaigns with confidence and precision
• Build, strengthen and convert strong relationships across the local community
• Deliver a premium client experience from appraisal through to successful settlement
• Manage buyer enquiries, inspections and open homes, providing exceptional customer service
• throughout the sales process
• Negotiate sales with confidence to achieve outstanding outcomes for vendors and purchasers
• Stay ahead of market trends, pricing dynamics and local activity to maximise outcomes and credibility




• Represent the brand at the highest level with professionalism and integrity
• Convert warm, incoming leads generated through our marketing and brand presence
• Maintain solid relationships with vendors and buyers whilst growing a client database
• 4+ years’ experience in residential sales ideally with strong familiarity with the local community
• Strong understanding of the local market and stay ahead of market trends
• Demonstrate a proven track record in listings and sales
• You are a strong relationship manager with ability to build rapport with existing and new clients
• Highly capable in prospecting and equipped with strong negotiation skills
• Client centric approach and self-driven individual
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
• Current Real Estate Licence (or Certificate of Registration)
• Current holder of driver license and reliable vehicle
