Coonawarra, SA Period: February to May 2027 (approx.) Join Our Vintage 2027 Team Wynns Coonawarra Estate is seeking enthusiastic, reliable and safety-focused people to join our team for Vintage 2027. Vintage is the most exciting and rewarding period in the winery calendar. Working as part of our Cellar team, you'll play a hands-on role in transforming premium Coonawarra fruit into world-class wines.
About the Role
As a Vintage Cellar Hand, you'll support a range of winery operations, including:
• Grape receival and processing
• Fermentation management activities
• Tank and equipment cleaning and sanitation
• Wine transfers and general cellar operations
• Sampling and quality-related activities
• Following safe work practices and quality standards
• About You
• Have a strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Be reliable and punctual
• Work effectively within a team setting
• Be committed to workplace safety
• Be physically capable of working in a winery environment
• Be available for shift work, weekends and overtime Previous winery experience is advantageous but not essential. Training will be provided. What to Expect During peak vintage periods, rosters may include:
• Up to 12-hour shifts
• Up to 6 days per week
• Day and night shifts
