Description & Requirements Monadelphous Mining and Minerals North West is looking for a new Civil Supervisor to join our dedicated NPI Projects team, covering works across the East Pilbara region. This is an exciting opportunity to join as a crucial member of the team, carrying out the construction of NPI equipment on behalf of BHP. Reporting to the Superintendent, the successful candidate will see themselves overseeing the installation of temporary site based facilities and advising our multi-disciplinary blue collar workforce on safe and best practices. Key Responsibilities
• Supervise the installation of various NPI equipment including turkey nests, tanks, HSPE piping etc
• Provide quality leadership whilst maintaining an on the job presence
• Coordinate workforce on daily tasks to stay on track with project requirements
• Promote a safe and productive working environment for our people




• Effectively communicate between leadership staff and site representatives and uphold our professional relationships
• Utilise your expertise to advise on productivity and work scope ideas and improvements What you’ll bring:
• Statutory 26 Certificate is mandatory
• Strong working background on Civil and NPI based works
• Experience on BHP sites and compliance is highly desirable
• Proven leadership and advisory skills, with a passion for working on the job front
• Ongoing record of meeting project deadlines and effective communication with site representatives
