The Prospect We are looking for an experienced and commercially focused Area Manager to lead and support our stores across VIC’s Eastern region. This is a key leadership role responsible for driving sales and profitability, developing Store Managers and their teams, maintaining operational standards, and delivering an exceptional customer experience across the region.

Key Responsibilities
• Drive sales, profitability and overall store performance across the region
• Lead, coach and develop Store Managers and their teams
• Monitor sales, wages, profitability and key performance indicators
• Conduct regular store visits and support performance improvement
• Maintain high standards across customer service, merchandising, stock management and store presentation
• Support recruitment, succession planning and talent development
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and WHS requirements




• Partner with Head Office teams to deliver business initiatives and priorities About You
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in retail management
• Proven experience managing multiple retail locations
• Strong leadership, coaching and people development skills
• Demonstrated ability to drive sales and operational performance
• Strong commercial and financial understanding
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Current Driver’s Licence and willingness to travel regularly
• Experience in apparel, fashion or specialty retail will be highly regarded
