A mid-to-large founder-led business on a responsible growth trajectory.
This is a pure FP&A; role - budgeting, forecasting, month-end reporting, and the cycle done properly. No frills, no distraction. They are looking for someone who can deliver clean, accurate, well-structured financial planning work inside a business that’s moving fast and needs someone who can keep up.
The non-negotiable is Workday Adaptive Planning. The business has it, but isn’t fully using it yet. You’ll be the expert in the room - the person who knows the system inside out and can help the team get far more out of it than they currently are.
