We are seeking a friendly and professional Guest Services Agent to join our team at The Sebel Melbourne Kew. As a Guest Services Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is pleasant and memorable. This is a Casual position with full time hours based in the heart of Kew.
What you'll be doing
- Greeting and checking in/out guests in a timely and courteous manner
- Responding to guest inquiries and requests, both in person and over the phone
- Assisting with luggage and providing concierge services as needed
- Processing payments and maintaining accurate financial records
- Resolving guest issues and concerns in a qualified manner
- Maintaining a clean and welcoming reception area
- Proactively identifying opportunities to enhance the guest experience
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficient in using hotel management software and technology
- Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- A positive, friendly, and customer-focused attitude
- Must be available for a variety of Shifts including Mornings, Afternoons and Graveyard
