We're looking for an Inbound Customer Consultant to join the team in Padstow, handling customer enquiries, providing quotes and booking appointments. No cold calling is involved, and full training is provided.

- $64,500 base salary + uncapped commission + penalties + super
- No cold calling – customers contact you directly

What you'll be doing

- Handling a high volume of inbound customer calls and enquiries
- Providing quotes and booking appointments
- Handling claims on behalf of major insurers
- Identifying opportunities to recommend additional products and services
- Delivering a positive, professional customer experience
- Working towards individual and team sales KPIs and performance targets
- Using multiple systems in a fast-paced contact centre environment

About you

You may have experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales or a contact centre. Previous contact centre experience is highly regarded, but not essential.

You'll bring:
